Orders for in stock items are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours.

3. Shipping Locations

All orders are shipped from Adelaide, South Australia.

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and other eligible international destinations.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear.

5. Shipping Delays

Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather conditions, customs processing, carrier delays, or public holidays.

Modi The Label is not responsible for delivery delays caused by these factors.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

7. Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re shipment. Any additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

8. Missing or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@modithelabel.com, including your order number and supporting photos where applicable.

9. Return to Sender

If an order is returned to us marked as return to sender due to refusal of delivery or incorrect address details, original shipping fees may be deducted from any applicable refund, unless required by law.

10. Customs Duties and Taxes

United States orders
All customs duties and import taxes for orders shipped to the United States are included in the purchase price. No additional charges will be payable on delivery for US orders as of 23 September 2025.

All other international orders
Customs duties, taxes, and related fees are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local customs authorities.

If a parcel is rejected due to unpaid customs fees, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs incurred.

11. Pre Order Items

If your order includes a pre order item, your entire order will be shipped once the pre order item becomes available.

Estimated shipping dates for pre order items are provided as a guide only and may change due to production or supply chain factors.

Pre order availability and estimated timelines are clearly noted on relevant product pages.
