Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our reasonable control.

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or fees imposed by their local authorities unless otherwise stated.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Australian Customers

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair if a product is faulty, not as described, unsafe, or does not meet acceptable quality standards.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered and returned in original condition with tags attached.

Change of mind returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Change of mind returns do not apply to items marked Final Sale or Non Returnable, unless required by law.

Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

For United States customers, these Terms are governed by the laws of New York.

We strive to accurately display our products. However, colours and details may vary due to screen settings, lighting and manufacturing processes.

Minor variations do not constitute a defect.

Nothing in this section limits your rights where a product is faulty or not as described under applicable consumer law.

12. Pre Orders

Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre order.

Estimated shipping dates are provided as a guide only and may change due to production or supply chain factors.

Pre orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, changes may not be possible.

Pre order items are subject to our standard returns policy. The returns period commences from the date the order is shipped.

Discounts are valid for one time use only unless otherwise stated.

Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and are not applicable to sale items unless specified.

14. 10% Welcome Discount

Subscribers may receive a 10% discount code for first time use only.

This offer is valid worldwide.

The discount cannot be used on sale items or in conjunction with other promotions.

The Modi The Label mobile messaging service is operated by Modi The Label.

By subscribing to our SMS service, you consent to receive recurring text messages for marketing and transactional purposes.
